Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Due to common failure of trigger bars breaking due to excessive pulling force, Infrared does not offer a warranty.

However, if you feel a product failed due to a design or manufacturing issue, please reach out and we will do our best to work with you and fix your issue.

How are your products made?

All products are currently 3D printed, using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS).

What materials are used in your Products?

Currently, all products are printed with 3201 PA-F Nylon.
